We exist to communicate the needs of our community, and to enhance the value of the
neighborhood to our residents.
Our neighborhood
The Woodcreek subdivision sits just south of the George Bush Turnpike(190)
and west of Kelly Blvd. Our neighborhood is in two parts, divided by a creek.
The walking bridge across the creek received an upgrade in 2001 due in part
to matching grant from Carrollton and the hard work of the membership with
over 300 hours of donated labor.
The voluntary Woodcreek Homeowners Association benefits include a neighborhood directory updated yearly, newsletters, social events, Santa Parade, Christmas Lights
contest, and other items as they occur.
Officers are elected each fall at the annual meeting and serve a one year term.
The annual meeting in September feature topics of concern to Woodcreek neighbors
